Blue Point Trading – Chiang Mai, Thailand. Blue Point Trading proudly announces the opening of the Blue Point Trading office in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Chiang Mai is the most culturally significant and peaceful city in Northern Thailand. It is the capital of the Chiang Mai Province and was a former capital of the Kingdom of Lanna which became a tributary state of the Kingdom of Chiang Mai from 1774-1939. Located 700 km (435 mi) north of Bangkok, the city sits astride the Ping River, a major tributary of the Chao Phraya River.

Let us introduce you to the Trade Floor manager there, Mr. Panot Jitgaroon. He is an hedge fund manager at Riccio Investment and a fund manager of the Mudley Group. After winning the Stock Exchange of Thailand’s University Stock Competition in 2002, Mr Panot resigned from the faculty of Engineering, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang and started his career as a private portfolio manager managing portfolio for wealthy foreign, and Thai investors. In 2004, Panot joined E-Finance Thai as a specialized speaker in the topic of technical analysis.After 2 years of sophisticated investment training in the US, Mr Panot served as a trader and analyst at Altera Partners Management from 2008 – 2010, a London based investment management company with asset under management of more than USD 500 million. His portfolio under his management earned a positive double digit 12% returns during the financial market crisis of 2008 – 2009. Panot left Altera Partners Management in 2011 to participate in Mudley group full time. He is also the co-founder of Riccio Investment Limited.

The aim of this Trading Floor is to accelerate the skills of Thai Traders to an international level by putting together Traders who were well- trained from the Mudley group and a trading structure from Blue Point Trading.
